Silkwörm Studio and Gallery in San Antonio, TX asked Zavala to participate in their Nine Lives exhibition, a group show during Contemporary Art month. Each artist was given a 2' x 4' wooden panel to work on. Zavala's contribution was a floral and geometric print design that wraps around the panel.
